Trintan Brennus founded Brennex Consulting & Training after more than a decade of working in business, sales, communication, training, and operations.
His work is centered in the home service industry, where performance is not just decided in a boardroom. It shows up in the home, on the call, in the way a technician communicates, in how managers lead, and in whether the team knows what is expected of them.
Trintan has worked with companies trying to improve revenue per call, closing percentages, customer retention, technician confidence, and team communication. His approach is direct, practical, and built around implementation. He does not believe training should stop at “good ideas.” It has to show up in the way the team works.
At Brennex, the focus is not pressure-based sales. It is not fear tactics. It is not teaching people to say whatever they need to say to close a call.

Training should be usable in the field.
If a technician cannot apply it on a real service call, it does not matter how good it sounded in training.
Performance needs structure.
A team cannot become consistent if everyone is left to figure it out their own way.
Managers need more than pressure.
Managers need a clear process to coach from, KPIs they understand, and a way to hold the team accountable without guessing.
Communication matters.
The way a technician speaks to a customer, the way a CSR sets up the call, and the way leadership follows through all affect performance.
Sales should not rely on pressure.
A strong service call is built on trust, professionalism, clarity, and helping the customer understand their options.
Training has to be reinforced.
One good training session is not enough. The work has to be applied, coached, tracked, and supported if it is going to last.
